Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones (born September 3rd, 1976) is an American actress. She is most famous for the role of Megan Dennison, on The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester, on The Bold and the Beautiful. In addition, she played the recurring role as Daphne on the second series of the HBO drama True Blood. Ashley Jones graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor in Human Learning K-8 from the University of Tennessee at Martin. When she arrived in Maury County, she began instructing Kindergarten and First Grade Reading. She then got married Brent Jones, her UT Martin affectionate husband, and relocated in Thompsons Station in 1998. Then she began her teaching career in Bethesda Elementary, where she taught 4th grade. In 1999 and 2000 she continued to teach as she was getting her Masters of Instruction through Trevecca Nazarene University but stepped out of the classroom after they welcomed their youngest son Baylor to the family in 2000. Ashley has spent the last fifteen years working on the development of the children of her church as well as in her community. She has also served in various roles. Ashley is an active leader and leader of Thompson Station Church's Preschool Ministry and Student Ministry of Thompson Station Church. While Ashley was home with her family, she spent three years at home schooling. In their time of homeschooling, children attended a home school-based tutorial, where Ashley was also a teacher of History for Kindergarten as well as 1st Grade. While she enjoyed homeschooling as well as spending time with her kids God evidently showed her family members that it was the right time to return full-time school. Brent and Ashley are the parents of five children. Silas Eliza and Cruz are both students at GCA. Baylor is a GCA student who plays the game of baseball. She is also a student at University of Tennessee-Martin. Callan an GCA student, is also enrolled at Western Kentucky University. The family is very energetic and loves fishing, hunting, and assisting one another in sport.
